Henry Wiltshire has already identified East London as one of the UK capital’s fastest-growing areas. The latest local office will be at Royal Docks and will open on 1 August 2016. Jas Samra, Sales and Lettings Manager, will be at the helm, and he’s already getting ready for his new role.
“I’m really excited about the new office at Royal Docks,” says Jas. “The Canary Wharf office, where I’m based until August, currently handles property in Royal Docks, Silvertown, Beckton and Canning Town – I’ll be taking my knowledge of those areas with me to my new position.”
The Royal Docks office will be located at Kingfisher Heights, E16. As well as helping clients buy, sell and rent property in the up-and-coming Royal Docks area, Jas and his team will cover Beckton and Canning Town.
Beckton is part of East Ham, and offers some of London’s best green spaces, including the Thames Barrier Park. It also boasts some outstanding sports and recreation facilities, such as Sports Dock at the University of East London. The DLR makes it an easy commute to Canary Wharf and the City.
Canning Town is another area on the rise. Again, excellent transport links (soon to include the new Elizabeth Line, formerly called Crossrail) make it a fantastic gateway not just to work but also to the nightlife of Royal Docks, the leisure facilities at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the ExCel and London City Airport.
“East London is one of the fastest growing areas,” explains Jas. “This is a great time to be buying and selling in East London, and there are many opportunities for investment. The new Henry Wiltshire office at Royal Docks will help us work more effectively with vendors and investors alike.”
The Royal Docks office will open at Kingfisher Heights, E16 2GQ on 1 August 2016.
