Ongoing investment in the Olympic Village property development

Investment was kick-started by the impending Olympics in 2012. It is ongoing however and is set to continue until well into the mid 2020’s. The area has been regenerated and given a new energy. Investment is set to reach £22 billion by 2025.

The Olympics may have catapulted Stratford out of the starting blocks but the regeneration race is still ongoing.

There have been conversions, such as the former athletes’ residences in the Olympic Village which has been converted into many great rental properties.  The Here:East Complex is another triumph. This conversion of the former Olympic Park media center into office space has been very successful. It is also home to Plexal, which supports innovation and startup businesses.
