Henry Wiltshire International is delighted to announce the opening of its Bow office in Fish Island, the first and only estate agency to open its doors in the newly targeted East London area of regeneration.

The new Bow branch takes the total of Henry Wiltshire’s London offices to three, adding to its existing network in Canary Wharf and Nine Elms, with plans to open a further three offices in 2016 in Knightsbridge/Mayfair, Royal Docks and Hayes & Harlington thus cementing the estate agency’s on-the-ground presence and expertise in London’s key areas of new development and regeneration.

Areas Covered by Bow Office

Just a few minutes’ walk from Hackney Wick Station and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Henry Wiltshire Bow will offer sales, lettings, new homes and property management services in the following neighbourhoods:

Fish Island is currently one of the most exciting markets in the East London landscape – and one in which Henry Wiltshire International is thrilled to play a pivotal part in, especially as the only estate agency with a local Fish Island presence. Strategically located between the commercially and culturally vibrant East End and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, interest from individuals looking to purchase and rent in Fish Island has risen dramatically with the publication of the 2014 plan for its heritage-led regeneration that seeks to preserve the creative community on the island whilst increasing its connectivity and accessibility to neighbouring boroughs.

New developments currently being built on Fish Island include schemes on Neptune Wharf, Monier Road, Dace Road, Hepscott Road and Rothbury Road, all part of the plans to provide 3,000 new homes over the next five years in mixed developments that comprise private, family and affordable housing. Already the island has a reputation as a creative commercial hub, and planners hope the new masterplan will produce a diversified neighbourhood where people choose to live, invest, work and visit.

Commenting on Henry Wiltshire’s new Bow office, branch manager Chloe Robinson said:

“The 2012 Olympics drew a lot of attention to Fish Island due to its proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Developers saw the potential for this well located island and thus now we’re seeing money invested and construction starting to realize the thriving community it could be. Thus, it’s a hugely exciting time to be present in Fish Island and we’re very proud to be the first and only estate agency to have an on-the-ground presence here.

“I have eight years’ experience selling property in Fish Island and the surrounding neighbourhoods and over these years I’ve seen the area change dramatically, witnessing prices increase year after year and seeing it transformed to become one of the most desirable areas to live in East London. Now, the regeneration of Fish Island starts another chapter in East London’s remarkable revival.”
