Canary Wharf Group has announced plans for a 5 million square foot development. This 23 acre site will moreover be developed as mixed-use space, which will feature 3,600 new homes. Astute and future minded business owners have already hopped on board with this project. Ennismore, and The Office Group have already taken a lot of space in the development. Canary Wharf Group is in discussions with numerous prospective tenants. They range from educational and cultural to technology led ventures. The area is being re-imagined and  will be re-birthed as a multi-cultural and multi-disciplined district.

Retails space & public spaces with riverside walkways also planned

Mr Archer also went on to say ‘future tenants will enjoy the hallmarks of a Canary Wharf Group development – resilience, security and distinctive individually designed buildings – combined with public spaces, riverside walkways and a diverse retail offering. This is a business environment for ambitious entrepreneurs and scale-ups.’
