319 new apartments & 109 new homes for E14
The Madison will provide 423 new homes to the Canary Wharf area. Upon completion, it will include 319 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in E14, together with studios and some fantastic penthouses. These will be sold alongside 104 homes.

The Madison is set to complete in the third quarter of 2020. Construction is well under way and this superb building is topping out in E14. The contractor, Balfour Beatty alongside London’s LBS Properties are handling the development superbly.
The design is by award-winning Make Architects and is 53 floors of stunning residential space. There will also be expansive new gardens which will benefit residents and the general public in the area.
