Why buy in the Vauxhall area?

The regeneration of Vauxhall and Nine Elms has given the area a new vibrancy

With a great location on the banks of the Thames, residents of Vauxhall love where they live. The regeneration of Vauxhall and Nine Elms has given the area a new vibrancy, while the river, parks and green spaces underpin Vauxhall’s original character. Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens, created by bons viveurs in 1810 is now at the heart of the area, hosting a popular summer festival as well as a pop up cinema. The community garden at Bonnington Square has a thriving cafe, or you can enjoy the fantastic eateries at the Vauxhall Food Garden with its ever-changing array of artisan street food. Vauxhall residents also benefit from being near to the West End, Westminster and the South Bank. See more in our guide to living in Vauxhall.
