The service I received was second-to-none! The team really went above-and-beyond: at times it seemed as though the sale might fall through due to issues with the buyer and solicitors, and without his efforts I am sure it could well have done (or at least taken much longer).

I would also say that I went with Henry Wiltshire because they really put in the effort to get me as a client, whereas other local estate agents didn't. When asking for a valuation they put the work in and showed me their market research, whereas others just threw out a number. HW's valuation ended up being MUCH more realistic!
